These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the মৌ খামার (Mou Khamar) mobile application, website, and cloud management platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Farm Owners (Admins) are responsible for managing and provisioning access for their co-partners and field workers.

2. Permitted Use

মৌ খামার (Mou Khamar) is designed for managing apiaries, tracking beehive inspections, generating QR codes, and recording harvest metrics. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or transmit malicious code.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the servers.

3. Intellectual Property

The software, design, logos, and features of মৌ খামার (Mou Khamar) are the exclusive intellectual property of the service provider. You retain ownership of your farm data, inspection entries, and photos.

4. Service Availability & Modifications

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, services may occasionally be interrupted for scheduled maintenance or upgrades. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via the Profile screen or by submitting an account deletion request.
