Account Deletion — মৌ খামার (Mou Khamar)
This page describes how to delete your মৌ খামার (Mou Khamar) account and what data is removed. It complies with Google Play Data safety and account deletion requirements.
How to Delete Your Account in the App
- Open the মৌ খামার mobile app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account, enter your password, check the confirmation box, and confirm.
What Happens to Your Data
- Field Workers & Farm Partners: Your login credentials and personal information are permanently deleted immediately upon confirmation. Hive boxes and historical inspection records remain securely associated with the farm.
- Farm Owners: Deletion is scheduled with an immediate sign-in block and a 14-day safety grace period. After 14 days, the farm’s beehives, worker accounts, and all checklist inspection records are permanently purged from our servers.
